But Jacques Kallis and Hershelle Gibbs the two veterans, in present South African squad combined well, to resist any challenge posed, by England bowlers and they handled Graeme Swann and Rashid spin threat admiringly well, to romp their team to touching distance of the target.
Even though England managed to strike back with quick wickets of Gibbs and Ab De Villers, one hundred eleven was too meagre score to make South Africa sweat, as Jacques kallis along with Duminy finished the match within penultimate over.
James Anderson, the England premiere bowler had the worst figures and went wicket less, in the match, when wickets were only way England could encroach, into strong fort built by South Africa and gave away any chance ,to stage a fight back.
